    CWEE's individualized job training, placement, and retention program has given Denver metro area low-income single families the skills and competencies to raise their confidence, improve their earning potential, and move their families off welfare towards economic self-sufficiency.

  • CollegeInvest

    CollegeInvest's mission is to address the challenges Coloradans face regarding both the affordability of and access to higher education. CollegeInvest was created by the State of Colorado in 1979 and is a division of the Colorado Department of Higher Education. As Colorado's leading education financing resource we provide expert information, simple financial planning tools, scholarships and tax advantaged 529 college savings plans to take education dollars as far as they can go.

  • Colorado Enterprise Fund

    Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF) is the state’s top nonprofit lending institution and a respected alternative lending source specializing in loans for small businesses and start-ups unable to receive traditional bank financing. For almost 40 years, in partnership with banks, foundations, government agencies and industry leaders, CEF has provided more than $34 million in loans to over 1400 businesses to help create or retain over 8700 jobs in Colorado.

    Colorado Lending Source is Colorado's trusted not-for-profit resource for small business lending. Over our 24 year history, the partnerships we've developed with local lenders and government agencies have resulted in the growth of 3,120 small businesses, the creation and retention of over 22,500 jobs and an injection of more than $3.1 billion into the state's economy.

    Consumers United Association (CUA) is a nonprofit association with a mission to improve the financial lives of consumers through education and advocacy.  

  • Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation

    Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation (CHAC) was founded in 1982, focusing on homeownership. Since the beginning, CHAC has helped 7,500 first-time home buyers with down payment and closing costs and nearly 1,000 families save their homes from foreclosure. 

  • Denver Asset Building Coalition

    The mission of the Denver Asset Building Coalition (DABC) is to provide free tax preparation, financial education, and financial services through accessible sites in Denver to help the underserved build for the future and become economically stable.

  • Denver Community Credit Union

    Denver Community Credit Union’s mission is to make a difference in members’ lives by providing financial opportunity.  Denver Community Credit Union is a local, not-for-profit financial cooperative that has served the community since 1934.  Anyone who lives or works in Adams, Arapahoe and Denver Counties can be a member.  Family members can join too!.

     The Denver Office of Strategic Partnerships (DOSP) was created in January 2004 by the City of Denver to serve as a liaison between local government and the nonprofit sector.  DOSP serves as a catalyst to leverage the best of Denver’s public and nonprofit sectors to engage in innovative and collaborative work.

  • Foreclosure Hotline

    The mission of the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline is to connect troubled homeowners with free HUD-approved housing counseling to provide basic homeownership education and explore opportunities for that homeowner facing foreclosure.

  • Governor's Commission on Community Service

    The Governor's Commission on Community Service serves as a catalyst for the promotion and expansion of community service and volunteerism to all Colorado residents as an effective means to address civic and social issues and improve the overall well being of communities throughout the state. Additionally, the Commission administers the AmeriCorps*State program and supports all National Service Programs operating in Colorado.

  • Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver

    Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver works in partnership with God and people from all walks of life to build decent, affordable homes in which people can live and grow into all that God intends.

  • Mi Casa Resource Center

    Since 1976, Mi Casa Resource Center has been committed to its mission of advancing the economic success of Latino families.

  • Operation Hope

    Operation HOPE seeks to make the development and “privatization of inner-city and under-served communities” a top priority; serving as a bridge and facilitator between mainstream and minority communities. The mission of HOPE is empowerment.

  • Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation

    Our nonprofit offers financial assistance for Colorado residents in active cancer treatment who are experiencing dire financial circumstances and are unable to meet their basic needs. Ray of Hope grant funds are unrestricted and may be used by the grantee for their most pressing needs, at their discretion.

  • Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute

    Mission: Through learning, lending, and coaching, RMMFI grows community entrepreneurs who build businesses to advance along the pathway to self-sufficiency and self-worth.

  • SmallBizLending.Org

    SmallBizLending.org is a collaborative project of public, private and nonprofit lending institutions. SmallBizLending.org was created to provide entrepreneurs and small business owners in Colorado with the information and resources to successfully apply for a business loan, access a line of credit, pursue micro-lending solutions or find other financing options.
