The price of housing is on the rise. The average price of a home in Metro Denver was nearly 10% higher in February of 2013, compared to February, 2012.

Your credit report is extremely important. Not only does it affect whether you get a credit card or home loan, or what kind of interest rate you pay, but it can affect whether you get an apartment or certain jobs

Whether the drop in the number of young people with credit cards is due to reluctance to use credit, tighter lending rules, a tough job market or a combination of these things, there is a distinct downward trend.
